During my visit a team of people came into my room. I later learned that there was a a Resident learning under the great Dr. Swinston and the other young ladies were being crossed trained. I loved to see the camaraderie as well as the learning atmosphere. Which by the way made my visit twice as wonderful.

Dr. Swainston is the best, literally one of the best in the country. He knows what he's doing. He's frank, but isn't insensitive. And his bedside manner is unmatched.

Dr. Swainston is the best! From his bed side manner, to the time he takes to explain things and answer your questions. I personally wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Swainston is awesome! One of the best obgyn’s in the valley hands down. His expertise and easy going bed side manner supersedes him (he’s a comedian too). He actually takes his time to answer every question and concern that you have and doesn’t treat you like a number. He doesn’t rush you during appointments and goes over everything very thoroughly (which is rare now days). He actually takes the time to “listen” to your concerns (again, very rare now days).
Dr. Z is awesome as well!
I started with Dr. Z but switched over to Dr. Swainston because I needed a hysterectomy. He is one of the “pioneering Dr’s” in using the DaVinci method. He was a guest on the local news station explaining that technique used.
I highly recommend Dr. Swainston and Dr. Z for women’s gynecology care. It’s hard to find good Dr’s, so when you do, it’s a great thing. He’s definitely one of the best and I’m picky, so that says a lot!

I like the Dr. Very nice and informative.
However....the wait is ridiculous. I had an appt at 10:45am didn't get called back until 12:07pm, then waited in my room another 15 mins prior to the Dr coming in.
Too many girls standing around. Working in the medical field, there should be a little more controlled flow so the wait isn't soo long.

I first went in for a consult with Dr. Swainston a few months back as I has a problem, been to (3) other OBGYN docs in town who couldn’t help me or gave me wrong diagnosis. I was seated in his office to talk, he listened and then put me in an exam room and did an internal ultrasound right away. I really liked this because it cut out the middle man of having to be sent somewhere else and then come back for results. This showed exactly what was going on right then and there! He was confident he could help me. He informed me that I would need a biopsy & surgery and gave me time to think about it, was very informative and answered all my questions. I was soooo relieved I finally found a Dr that I trusted, not to mention he has a great sense of humor. I did follow through with the procedures and had surgery. Dr. Swainston and his staff were always very nice and accommodating with the date for surgery. Everything went well and very little pain afterward. I visited both office locations on 4 different occasions throughout my situation and I did have to wait a few minutes over appt time but well worth the wait!!! Love Dr.Swainston!!! Happy to recommend.
