Fourteen years ago, I was diagnosed with HSV2. I learned about medications that could help reduce outbreaks. I searched for natural remedies. As an active gym-goer and someone who experiences life's stresses, I had outbreaks almost every month that lasted for weeks. I tried various methods, but none were effective. I got infected with genital herpes (HSV2) from group sex party 6 years ago
I started taking lysine 3000 mg of lysine once a day and it worked well for me during outbreaks but it was not enough for me as it does not stop it from breaking out anytime without warning. I endured this for years.
