Dr. Richards, a native of southeastern Idaho, earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and spent six years working in finance before deciding to follow in his father’s footsteps to pursue a career in medicine. He attended Touro University Nevada School of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson and then completed clinical rotations among several highly regarded physicians in the Las Vegas area, inspiring him toward an obstetrics and gynecology path. Dr. Richards completed his OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.
Committed to giving back, Dr. Richards served a two-year mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
When he’s not providing women’s health care services, Dr. Richards enjoys spending time with his wife, Remington, and their five extraordinarily beautiful and talented children. He maintains an active lifestyle and likes fishing, golfing, white-water rafting, tennis, and skiing.
